I placed my order and ended up waiting way longer than what they originally told me. Hardly any clear updates, either. Frustrating. Especially when you plan your day around the delivery date and then it just doesn’t show up.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. They were able to help in the end, which I appreciate, but I kind of regret not being prepared for the wait...

I’m picky about stitching, so I always check that first, and this looked really clean and well done. The seams feel sturdy too, which makes me feel better about spending the money on it.

I ordered from nappoliano.com and, umm, the quality was okay overall. It looked nice enough and did what it was supposed to do, but it didn’t really feel as sturdy or well-finished as I was hoping. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit more premium. Not a bad purchase, but not something that really impressed me either. I might order again if there’s a good discount.

well... I bought this from nappoliano.com a few months ago, but I wanted to actually use it for a while before leaving a review.

So far, it’s been holding up well. I use it often, and the stitching and material still look good with no weird tearing or loose pieces. It did feel a little stiff at first, but it softened up after some use.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the shipping took a bit longer than I expected. Other than that, durability-wise, I really don’t have any complaints.

The return process was really easy. I sent it back without any hassle, and the refund showed up quickly too. No complaints.

I picked these up for everyday wear, they’ve been great. They feel soft, don’t rub anywhere, and my feet weren’t worn out even after being out for hours. Really happy with them.
